- The Altar of Blood comes from the Harken Scythe mod, it's crafted like an Enchantment Table , but with a Book of Carnage instead of a book, Ender Pearls instead of Diamonds, and Netherrack instead of obsidian .
It must have a Blood Crucible 2 blocks away from it, or it will not draw blood from it.
