Alumite is an alloy made in Smeltery, using 1 obsidian block, 2 iron ingots, and 5 aluminum ingots. It is the strongest non-Nether metal to be found in the Tinkers' Construct mod and the only material besides Steel that can mine the stronger Cobalt and Ardite ores in the Nether.
Crafting
To produce Alumite, 80mB of Aluminum, 32mB of Iron, and 32mB of Obsidian will produce 48mB of Alumite. This is a 5:2:2 ratio. (2 Obsidian ingots, 1 ore makes 2 ingots)
