To produce Alumite, 80mB of Aluminum, 32mB of Iron, and 32mB of Obsidian will produce 48mB of Alumite. This is a 5:2:2 ratio. (2 Obsidian because it counts as an ore, it creates 2 obsidian ingots.)

Alumite Processing

Solid and molten Alumite in Casting Basins.

Alumite is an alloy made in Smeltery, using 1 obsidian block, 2 iron ingots, and 5 aluminum ingots.  It is the strongest non-Nether metal to be found in the Tinkers' Construct mod and the only material besides Steel that can mine the stronger Cobalt and Ardite ores in the Nether.
