The Coin of Fortune is an item added by Xeno's Reliquary. It can be toggled using the right click button. While toggled on, it will glow and pull items and experience from the ground toward you in a 5 block radius. If the Coin is shift and right-clicked before activation, it's range will increase to about 15 blocks.

Somewhat contrary to the description, it will instantly bring items and experience to your position instead of slowly dragging it. - As of now, the Coin of Fortune has infinite durability, allowing one coin to last you a lifetime.
Note that you can not drop items when it is active without item being dragged back to you
