The Diamond Shield is added by the Asgard Shield mod.
Guarding with the Diamond Shield.
The shield has a durability of 780 and will absorb 25% of incoming damage even if it is not actively guarding.
Its special perk is Reflect, and its weakness is Reflected Damage: There is a 30% chance that incoming projectiles (arrows, spells, fireballs) will reflect back at the attacker, but if the attacker is hit this also consumes an additional point of durability.

The crafting recipe for this shield follows the formula for all shields. Here 6 diamonds and 1 leather are needed.
