Diamond Spears, added by the Better Dungeons mod, are long and sharp ended. They have around the same durability as a vanilla diamond sword.
Diamond Spears have a charged attack that does double the original damage, which is around 6-7 damage. These are also carried around by mobs in dungeons like goblins, skeletons, and other dungeon mobs.
