The Ender Giant Sword, added by the Asgard Shield Addons mod, is a half-shield, half-sword (like all Giant Swords) that is able to totally block damage by right-clicking. In comparison to an unenchanted diamond sword (which does 7 damage), it does two extra damage (9 damage) on unarmored targets.
This sword cannot teleport you, but it does the particle effect like Nether Portal, Enderman or Enderchest.
