Frezarite tools are added by Falling Meteors. They are crafted with Frezarite Crystals. The shovel, pickaxe and axe appear to make it so that breaking blocks underwater with that tool is just as fast as breaking them outside of the water. When mining speed and durability are compared to vanilla tools, they are equivalent to iron.
