Frying pan

Frying pans are a weapon added by the Tinkers Construct mod. They have two uses. Attacking and cooking food. They can be crafted, modified, and repaired at the Tool Station.

Crafting

To craft, place a Tool Rod and Pan in the correct slots of the Frying Pan tab in the Tool Station.

Attacking

Frying pans are durable and have a large knockback when used for offense. They also make a very satisfying sound when they hit something.

NOTE: There is a joke weapon titled the bane of pigs. It is assumed to be a joke weapon because its attack is

10737418 hearts of damage. Which can one shot every single mob

Cooking

When you Shift-Right click while holding a frying pan it will be placed onto the ground. Using coal you can cook multiple different food items at the same time, which is very time effcient, One piece of coal will still only cook eight pieces of food, so to maximise effciency four of the right-hand GUI slots should contain 'raw' food.

The Frying Pan can only cook food items and can not cook ores or Rotten Flesh if you have the Rotten Flesh to Leather mod.

Frying Pan GUI 1

Four 'raw' foods being cooked

To pick up your frying pan again all you need to do is punch it like a block of dirt.

Frying Pan GUI 2

Once cooked, the four cooked foods appear on the right of the GUI

Notes

Frying Pans, like other Tinkers' Construct tools, cannot be enchanted, and cannot be repaired at neither the anvil nor Enchanting Table. They can be modified and repaired at the Tool Station, however.
