The wool can be any wool expect spectral.
Notes
The item may only be crafted when the amulet is fully charged.
An easy way to quickly charge the amulet is to set yourself on fire in Peaceful difficulty. Your health will regenerate faster than it is lost, meaning an easy charge with no net health loss.
