Heart is a dropped item added by LegendGear. It is primarily used to restore health during or after combat. Hearts appear as the vanilla Minecraft health bar heart but in an item form. When picked up without the use of a Hopper, they restore 2 HP (
) and are consumed in the process regardless of the player's health.
Drops
The Heart can be obtained as a drop from mobs or by breaking Mystic Shrubs. All mobs have a chance to drop them.
Notes
