The heart is small and looks like the ones just above your hotbar, they float like all items and can be picked up to heal 2 hp (

Drops
The Heart can be obtained as a drop from mobs or by breaking mystic shrubs.
Notes
- Hearts can be collected using hoppers.
- If you right click while holding a heart, it will give you red hearts around you, but they do nothing.
