The Holy Hand Grenade does high amounts of damage to mobs but, keeps blocks intact. It does not affect the person who threw it other than pushing them back depending on how close they were to the explosion. The item functions similar to Glowing Water and any Splash Potion. It can deal up to 80 damage to any mob.
