The Jasper Block is a new block from the Project Zulu mod and is used to summon the Pharaoh boss. It can be crafted, but is also found as uncommon loot in Project Zulu structures such as pyramids. The block can be used for decoration since it looks good.It appears that The Jasper Block cannot be placed wood
