Mooshroom is a mob added by Vanilla Minecraft. Right-clicking one with a Bowl will produce Mushroom Stew. Similarly to Cows, Mooshrooms can be milked by right clicking with an empty Bucket. Shearing Mooshrooms will remove the mushrooms from its body, giving the shearer mushrooms and a regular cow. Because of its ability to provide the player with mushroom stew, milk, mushrooms, and beef, the Mooshroom is one of the best farm animals.
