Secret Wood Button is a new item added by the Secret Rooms mod. It uses Camoflage Paste [sic] in crafting.
Crafting
The Rotten Flesh can be replaced by wool of any vanilla minecraft color to obtain the same output.
Usage
Acts like a normal button, but is invisible. Helpful in secret doorways.
