A Skybeam Block is a decorative block, similar to the Beacon block from Vanilla Minecraft. Unlike the Beacon block, the Skybeam Block does not need a view of the sky above it, needs no special enclosure, and will not grant any buffs. It requires a redstone signal to operate (such as a Redstone Block) and repairs Vanilla Minecraft swords when placed on it, making it very useful for monster farms.
Crafting Recipe[]
Please note that the recipe requires a Starstone rather than a Star Piece, which is crafted by placing a Star Piece in each crafting grid box.

- A Sword Pedestal will activate any Skybeam Block exactly 2 blocks below it.

This block does not exist in Hexxit 2.0 versions due to the removal of the Falling Meteors mod, but it was added back in Hexxit 3.0 versions and later.
