The Stingberry is a food added in the Natura mod that is harvested from the Stingberry Bush, which is found in the Nether. Each restores 1 point of hunger (Hunger Half) and gives the player Strength and occasionally Mining Fatigue effects, although the strength outlasts the mining fatigue. This makes Stingberries geared more towards combat and less towards mining. Although Stingberries typically grant 14 seconds of strength and three seconds of mining fatigue, both can vary by one or two seconds.

If eating multiple berries at once, or one after another, the length in seconds of the effects adds with the current length. For example, if you eat two Stingberries and both give you mining fatigue and strength, you will receive six seconds of mining fatigue and 28 seconds of strength.
