Edit: If you've ever used a normal talk page, and not a message wall or comment system (ie: pages that begin with the namespace then a _talk: prefix is a normal talk page, such as the talk page, prior to the message wall addition, for my user page is [[User_talk:Kalbintion]], or the talk page to say, the grid/crafting table template would be [[Template_talk:Grid/Crafting Table]].

Edit the page like normal, and place your response below the page content. Only time not to place it at the bottom is if you're responding to a particular response, in which case indent the content.

If you're using source editor (which I recommend for all users) then scroll to the bottom of the editor window, you'll see a comment I placed saying where to add additional responses, and to indent, precede the line with : (Note: Every new line you create [via enter, not a wrapped line] you'll need to place the appropriate number of :'s to indent as well)

Edit: If you've ever used a normal talk page, and not a message wall or comment system (ie: pages that begin with the namespace then a _talk: prefix is a normal talk page, such as the talk page, prior to the message wall addition, for my user page is User_talk:Kalbintion, or the talk page to say, the grid/crafting table template would be Template_talk:Grid/Crafting Table.) it would be exactly like that.
