Trees

There are many different types of trees in the Hexxit pack, in addition to the normal oak, birch, spruce, and jungle. These include Eucalyptus, Sakura, Palm, Redwood, Hopseed, Acacia, Twilight Oak, Canopy, Mangrove, Darkwood (Twilight Forest), Bloodwood, Ghostwood, and Darkwood (Nether).

Overworld Trees

Sakura: "Flowering Cherry". Cool bright pink leaves, boring greyish planks.

Eucalyptus: "The Pink Wood". Have large, branches that spread out. Cool bright pink planks.

Hopseed: "Ascended Glitch". Looks more like a bush than a tree.

Redwood: Really big. Reddish wood and planks.

Aramanth: Cool dark purple planks. Grow in jungles.

Acacia: Grow in desert-like biomes (e.g. Savannah).

Palm: Grow on beaches. Sometimes drop coconuts.

Nether Trees

Ghostwood: "Pale as a Ghost". Silvery wood, white leaves.

Bloodwood: Grow upside down. Red wood, leaves, and planks. Really big.

Darkwood: Black leaves, dark blue wood. Drops Potash Apples, which taste like chalk.

Twilight Forest Trees

Note: All Twilight Forest trees often have Cicadas and Fireflies on their trunks.

Twilight Oak: Huge, hollow trees. Vines run up the north side of the inside of the tree. Sometimes have Spider Dungeons in them.

Canopy Tree: Has black wood and dark green leaves. Thin trunk, but huge spreading-out branches.

Mangrove Trees: Have a weird hourglass shape. Only found in swamps. Cannpot be planted, because saplings need to be surrounded with water, but water breaks sapling.

Darkwood Tree:  Leaves completely cover the Dark Forest biome. Leaves are very hard to break. For some reason pools of water and lava often generate with the terrain on top of the leaves.

Rainbow Oak: Found in Enchanted Forests. Leaves constantly change to all kinds of rainbow colors.
