Wheat being grown in a small, simple farm.
Wheat is an item added by Vanilla Minecraft. It is dropped by Kobolds and Helmet Crabs. One can plant Seeds on Farmland. After passing through several stages, the sprouts mature and can be harvested as Wheat. Wheat drops 0-3 when harvested.
In later versions of vanilla Minecraft, Wheat can be crafted into hay bales.
Uses[edit | edit source]
Wheat is used in the crafting of Cake, Gysahl Cake, and Straw. It may also be crafted with Alkahest to destroy it. Putting three wheat in a row created a loaf of Bread. Certain animals, including Cows and Sheep, breed when fed Wheat.
