The Wild Caves 3 mod adds many things to caves in minecraft such as stalactites, stalagmites(carefull not to jump on these!), more vines, glowing mushrooms, icicles, skulls and heads, and slightly better world generation. Ice caves in snow boime and more vines in jungle and swamp boimes.
