The Wild Caves 3 mod adds many things to caves in minecraft such as stalactites, stalagmites (carefull not to jump on these!), more vines, glowing mushrooms, icicles, slightly better world generation, ice caves in snow biomes, and more vines in jungle and swamp boimes.
