The Wind Medallion is crafted with 4 clay bricks and 4 gold nuggets and an arrow in the middle.
The medallion is charged via getting hit by arrows, and when fully charged it glitters.
You can use it for the Whirlwind Boots (they make you faster) and for the Aero Amulet.

When thrown using Right Click, it will smash upon impact and cause a rain of arrows to start hailing the location from the Player's current location. Each arrow seems to deal the same amount of damage as a fully charged arrow, but this requires more testing. The arrow rain will last approximately 3 seconds before coming to an abrupt stop. All arrows fired when using this are not able to be picked up, similar to that of an arrow a Skeleton has fired. Alternatively, it is used in the crafting of the Aero Amulet and Whirlwind Boots.
